Dr. Joseph DiBella, D.C.
Dr. Joseph DiBella graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida and is a licensed Chiropractor in Colorado.
Dr. DiBella was born and raised in Port Orange, Florida. After having graduated from high school with a diploma from the International Baccalaureate program, he went on to obtain his Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida. Soon after graduating college, he attended graduate school at the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida, where he achieved distinction as a Doctor of Chiropractic. From that point on, Dr. DiBella has been obsessed with how chiropractic can change the livelihood of the people around him in a positive way.
Leanne Maciel, a former beer industry executive, is now a certified Health Coach, Yoga Instructor, wine & food lover.
After 15 years in marketing, she fell out of love with her work and started searching for something that would make her jump out of bed again each morning. One day, she boldly circled a date in her calendar and decided that would be her last day of corporate life. With a deadline in place, she started exploring the possibilities.
She studied with some of the leading experts in nutrition and wellness at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. This inspired her well rounded approach to wellness, combining nutrition, lifestyle and movement, as well as weaving in Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic approaches.
Leanne reframes the way we think about health, inspiring confidence and quashing the notion that wellness is about depriving ourselves of the things we love. Her mission is to empower men and women to Brew their own unique definition of wellness.
Josh Henry, LMT
Joshua is a Licensed Massage Therapist, certified in Neuromuscular Therapy, and a graduate from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Joshua was born in Springfield, Ohio and moved to Colorado in pursuit of serving in the military. After his military service, he studied nutrition and eventually changed his degree to become a massage therapist. After receiving a professional massage for his back pain, his symptoms were relieved. Since then, he’s been fascinated with how the body operates and how one could heal the body with their hands. He is extremely passionate about helping others and his therapeutic approach portrays that effortlessly.

Dr. Kelsey Latham, D.C.
Dr. Kelsey Latham, a Palmer College graduate, is a licensed Chiropractor serving the city of Centennial.
Dr. Latham, a Colorado native, was raised in Littleton where she developed a passion for soccer. She started playing competitively at age 11. One day, after a re-occuring injury, a family friend referred her to a chiropractor. After only two visits she felt significantly better and was amazed at how quickly she healed. She started visiting her chiropractor for regular adjustments to help her perform at optimal levels.
Dr. Latham received a full ride to play collegiate soccer at Jacksonville University, where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. After completion of her undergraduate studies, she attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. She graduated with her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree along with her board certification to practice Acupuncture.
Rachel Goren, LMT
A licensed massage therapist for 16 years, Rachel is knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. She gets the instant gratification of seeing you feel better immediately which is what drives her to continue mastering the profession. She is skilled in sports massage therapy, active release technique, trigger point therapy, stretching, and muscle energy technique from earning her Associate of Science degree in massage therapy from Heritage College. She is also learned in corrective exercise, post rehabilitative exercise, nutrition, and concussion therapy from earning her Masters of Science degree in Kinesiology from A.T. Still University.
She has worked as the sports massage therapist for D. C. United, Denver Cutthroats, University of Denver Athletic Department, for visiting soccer teams, and various other rugby teams. Rachel truly believes that you can cure and fix almost anything with massage therapy, corrective exercise, nutrition, chiropractic and acupuncture.
She also has a Bachelor’s degree in creative writing from Florida State and a culinary degree. Massage therapy was a career changer for her, and the best decision she ever made. When not treating clients, she enjoys cooking - which usually entails making a regular recipe healthier. She relishes in learning about and drinking coffee and wine. She enjoys watching crime shows, sports-especially the Capitals and the Nationals, and rugby. Bear, her Great Pyrenees, loves to go on walks and to dog parks. Rachel also enjoys playing with her nieces when she goes back to D.C. for visits. She looks forward to getting you back to feeling happy and healthy.
