Not a problem. We have a laser capable of stimulating the same acupuncture points without any needles being used!
+ What can I do for prevention on my own?
Good question. Here are some simple guidelines to follow to avoid most ailments caused by normal wear and tear. Getting adjusted regularly (we suggest 1x per month), averaging 6-8 hours of sleep nightly, following a daily exercise routine, and avoiding processed foods known to cause inflammation will help prevent things in the future! Diet, sleep, and exercise!
